Miro distribution’s General Warranty Terms and Conditions
Goods may be guaranteed under the manufacturer’s product specific warranties only, and all other guarantees and warranties including common law guarantees and warranties in relation to goods and services are hereby specifically excluded by Miro distribution.
Miro distribution only offers a 7 day warranty on the following, but not limited to:
- Utilities
- Grids
- Antennas
- Omnis
- Working tools
Only specified serialised items carry a warranty contract, please see individual brands for the warranty coverage. Breakage or damage to the products or connectors through installation is not covered by Miro distribution.
Who to Contact for an RMA?
There are 2 ways to discuss any technical difficulties and request an RMA #:

Miro distribution offers a Walk In Warranty Only. It is the responsibility of the distributor to send and collect the warranty item from the respective Miro branch.
Warranty items must be booked in and tested before a replacement can be issued.
Warranty Transaction
What information will be required?
- Customer name, contact information
- Date of Purchase (We may request a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase in certain, limited circumstance)
- Description and/or Part Number
- Problem Description
- Serial number / MAC Address of each unit
- Troubleshooting actions taken so far
- Units returned must be either unlocked from all passwords, or the full-access password must be provided.
- To be valid, guarantee claims the goods must be in their original packaging and must be accompanied by all accessories and manuals must be intact. All items must be returned in “as new” condition.
Limitation of Warranty
- All guarantees are immediately null and void should any equipment be tampered with or should the “seals” on the equipment be broken by anyone other than Miro distribution or its appointed nominee,
- No warranties whether express or implied shall apply, other than those provided in this contract. Miro distribution specifically disclaims the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No representation or warranty, including but not limited to statements of capacity, suitability for use or performance made by employees of Miro distribution shall be considered to be a warranty by Miro distribution. Any such statements made shall not give rise to any liability or whatsoever nature on the part of Miro distribution, its employees, subcontractors or subsidiaries. Miro distribution will not be liable to the customer for any loss, damage or expense of any nature, whether direct, special, indirect or consequential, including but not limited to loss or profits arising out of Miro distribution’s performance or customers’ use of the goods or services rendered.
The customer indemnifies and holds Miro distribution (including its employees, subcontractors or subsidiaries) harmless against all claims of whatsoever nature that may be brought or threatened against Miro distribution by any third party arising from or in connection with any defect, latent or otherwise in any goods supplied and/or services rendered by Miro distribution.
REPAIRS
- Miro distribution’s liability in terms of a manufacturer’s warranty is restricted to, in Miro distribution or the manufacturer’s discretion, the cost of repair or replacement of faulty goods or services or the granting of credit.
- In the case of repairs undertaken by Miro distribution repair quotes given are merely estimates and are not binding on Miro distribution.
- The customer hereby agrees that any item returned for a repair may be sold by Miro distribution to defray the cost of such repair if the item remains uncollected for a period of 30 (thirty) days after the customer has been informed that such repairs have been completed.
