The warranty period is 1 year from the date of system generated delivery note.
Trouble shooting that is covered under warranty:
Software problem: Not registering, no audio.
The latest firmware will be made available to the distributor to update at their site, No swop out will be actioned.
Hardware problem: No LCD display, no power on, break of the housing.
To be returned for testing, should the fault be found to be of the manufacturer, a swop out will be actioned.
Troubleshooting which is not covered under warranty
The following, but not limited to, do not fall under the warranty cover:
- Incorrect configuration making registration fail,
- Incorrect connection of the internet link,
- Malfunction of the SIP server,
- Physical damage,
- Removal of serial numbers,
- Has been opened or altered,
- Has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, including lightening strike, misuse, negligence, or accident,
For problems 1 to 3, we can provide technical support in helping solve the problem, but do not accept return back for repair because the IP phone is good order.
