ATCom

The warranty period is 1 year from the date of system generated delivery note.

Trouble shooting that is covered under warranty:

Software problem: Not registering, no audio. 
The latest firmware will be made available to the distributor to update at their site, No swop out will be actioned.
Hardware problem: No LCD display, no power on, break of the housing.
To be returned for testing, should the fault be found to be of the manufacturer, a swop out will be actioned.

Troubleshooting which is not covered under warranty

The following, but not limited to, do not fall under the warranty cover:

  1. Incorrect configuration making registration fail, 
  2. Incorrect connection of the internet link, 
  3. Malfunction of the SIP server,
  4. Physical damage,
  5. Removal of serial numbers,
  6. Has been opened or altered,
  7. Has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, including lightening strike, misuse, negligence, or accident,

For problems 1 to 3, we can provide technical support in helping solve the problem, but do not accept return back for repair because the IP phone is good order.
