Warranty Terms for CyberData Products

Miro distribution offers the manufacturer’s warranty of which warrants the product against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of system generated delivery note. Should the product fail within the warranty period, Miro distribution at their discretion will repair or replace the product.

Limitation of Warranty
This warranty does not apply if the Product:

1. has been opened and/or altered, 
2. by improper modifications or abuse
3. has been painted in way shape or form,
4. has been damaged due to errors or defects in cabling
5. has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, including lightening strike, misuse, negligence, or accident, or 
6. removal of serial label
