Warranty Terms for Snom Products
Miro distribution offers the manufacturer’s warranty of which warrants the product against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of system generated delivery note. Should the product fail within the warranty period, Miro distribution at their discretion will repair or replace the product.
Warranty coverage
All fault related issues (software, speaker, screen, buttons, PC/RJ45 ports not working, manufacturing faults) are covered by the warranty
Limitation of Warranty
This warranty does not apply if the Product:
1. has been opened and/or altered,
2. by improper modifications or abuse
3. has been painted in way shape or form,
4. has been damaged due to errors or defects in cabling
5. has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, including lightening strike, misuse, negligence, or accident, or
6. removal of serial label
Warranty Period
Hardware warranty - One (1) year calculated from the system generated date of Distributors delivery note.
Is damage from a thunderstorm covered under the Snom warranty?
Snom warranty does not cover natural disasters.
Once my unit is replaced, does my warranty start all over?
No, your warranty continues from the original date of purchase.
