Best of all, the VoIP functionality can be used without the need for a computer to be turned on, as the base station plugs directly into your Ethernet network!
This particular DECT phone also makes use of what Siemens calls ‘Eco DECT’, which allows the phone to use up to 60% less power than most standard DECT based telephones. This works by means of the phone handset and base station continuously adjusting their wireless output power, based on the distance that they are apart from one another.
